Ringo Starr
Richard Starkey, or Ringo Starr, is best known as the drummer for the Beatles as the last to join the "Fab Four" and the eldest of the bunch. However, in recent years the singer, songwriter, and actor has also enjoyed a successful solo career. When the Beatles announced their breakup in 1970, Ringo had 2 solo releases before the end of the year. Interestingly enough his son, Zak Starkey, has followed in his percussion footsteps by playing drums for a band reminiscent of the Beatles, known as Oasis.
